Shipping policy

At Oakmont Vale, we aim to ship orders with transparent processing times and reliable delivery estimates. This policy explains order cut-off times, processing, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

South Africa, Georgia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Moldova

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days

  • Shipping method: Standard Tracked Shipping

  • Cost: $14.99

Rest of the World

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days

  • Shipping method: International Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $8.99

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided where available. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
